Exterior masonry, roof replacement and parapets.
CVM builds and restores for New York City’s schools, water-supply facilities, hospitals and housing: job order contracting, exterior restoration and interior renovation, with our own crews in the field.
Most of what we build is inside schools, hospitals and city facilities that stay open while we work. That means night shifts, tight sequencing, daily paperwork done right, and crews who know how to work around the people in the building.
Get to know CVMSchools, water infrastructure, hospitals.
The same attention to getting it right.

Job order contracting means dozens of projects running at once across the five boroughs and the watershed. Ask us about current work in your building type.
From a leaking parapet to a full floor,
we bring the same crew discipline.
Standing contracts with city agencies where each job is scoped, priced and scheduled fast. We run many at once and keep each one’s paperwork clean.
Keeping the weather out of buildings that have to stay open.
Classrooms, clinical spaces, apartments and offices, rebuilt around the people using them.
Containers and carting for our own jobs and for yours, through CVM Waste.

Our story started with helping
New Yorkers rebuild.
CVM began in 2013, restoring Brooklyn apartments after Hurricane Sandy. The work grew from homes and offices into the city’s schools, water system and hospitals, where the standards are strict and the buildings never close.
Today we run our own tradesmen alongside trusted subcontractors, with site safety plans and certified site safety management on our jobs, and daily reporting that holds up to agency review.
Owners, agencies, architects,
subcontractors and suppliers.
